Day 01

Santos, Coffee Heritage and Guarujá Beach Escape

Meet the tour guide and travel from São Paulo to Santos. Cross the Serra do Mar, about half a mile above sea level, on the way to the coast. If the morning fog permits, the views from this impressive cliff are amazing.
In Santos, make your first stop in the Historical Center, near the most important harbour in Brazil. Many buildings and churches here recall the origins of the city and its connection to the coffee cycle.
Visit the Coffee Museum (tickets included) and ride the tramway through the old streets.
From different viewpoints, admire the world's longest beachfront garden along the Santos coast and enjoy some time on the beach before continuing the trip.
Drive to the ferryboat (ticket included) and take a 10-minute ride to the city of Guarujá. This city has dozens of beaches along its shoreline.
Choose one of the beaches to drink, eat, and relax before returning to São Paulo.
