- Continue to San Jerónimo Tlacochahuaya, a Baroque-style temple built in the 16th century and valued for its carving and artistic decoration. Admire the temple and former convent of San Jerónimo, which houses sculptures and oil paintings. Here, symbols of Christian iconography mix and coexist with indigenous elements, giving the site a very special character. See the historic 16th-century tubular organ, whose case displays images of angels, musicians, and flowers that harmonize beautifully with the church's decoration.
