- In Sybaris, visit the Archaeological Park and the Museo Della Sibaritide.
- In Rossano Scalo, visit the “Museum of Liquorice” with tasting.
- Enjoy lunch based on typical local products.
- Return to the Castle for an overnight stay.

- Walk from piazza Campanella visit the Norman Castle, church of Santa Maria della Consolazione, Convent, Civic Museum, Palazzo Pancaro, Pallotta tower house, Church of Consolazione, Church of San Giacomo Apostolo, Palazzo Giacobini, Civic Museum of Altomonte
