It is one of the best places for hiking and ecotourism, with beautiful beaches and excellent water visibility. This tour leaves Rio early for Conceição de Jacareí, followed by sea transportation to Vila do Abraão and a hike to Lopes Mendes beach, passing the beautiful beaches of Palmas and Pouso. There is also the option to go by boat for one way or round trip, then hike the last easy 20-minute section.

Arrival at Vila do Abraão and Hike to Lopes Mendes

Leave Rio early and arrive at Vila do Abraão, the main village of Ilha Grande.
Take a trail that lasts approximately three hours, passing some beautiful beaches along the way.
Head to Lopes Mendes beach, which is considered one of the most beautiful beach spots in the world.
There is also an option for a boat tour around the island.
