What to bring

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes (not sandals or flip-flops), sunscreen, mosquito repellent, and cash for taxes and extras. If you wear glasses, bring a strap band to prevent them from falling.

Flight time: from 09am to 02pm (will be confirmed the day before according to the wind forecast).
Flight duration: approximately 8-20 minutes, varying according to wind and weather conditions.

Maximum passenger weight:
Hang gliding: 90 kg (200 pounds);
Paragliding: 105 kg (230 pounds).
Ramp tax and personal accident insurance (BRL 100 per person - paid locally in cash).
Avoid booking flights during Carnival season. The ramp over Pedra Bonita is the only ramp available for tandem flights in Rio. The number of flights can triple during this time, which can make the wait frustrating and exhausting for both customer and pilot. If you cannot avoid this period, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for any extra time spent there or for possible delays to your schedule.
