Fez Middle Atlas
From Fez, head to the Atlas Mountains. Your first stop will be in Ifrane. This city is nicknamed the ''Switzerland of Morocco'' or ''Little Switzerland”. It resembles Alpine villages. In 1930, some French architects designed it as an escape for French settlers from the overwhelming Medinas.
Next, stop in Azrou with your Morocco tour guide.
Upon arrival at this rocky city, visit the cedar forest. Be welcomed by its Barbarian apes from trees and if you are lucky or generous with them, they might descend and break their shyness with hesitant steps. This charming town is surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes.
