Day 01

Giant Pandas and the Leshan Giant Buddha

07:00-07:30 am: Drive from the hotel to the Chengdu Research Centre of Panda Breeding.
07:30-09:30 am: Visit the Giant Pandas Centre and see the lovely pandas in the morning, when they are active after breakfast.
09:30-12:00 pm: Travel to the Leshan Giant Buddha.
12:00-12:30 pm: Take a lunch break (optional).
12:30-14:30 pm: Explore the Leshan Giant Buddha, a 71-metre-tall stone statue built between 713 and 803, depicting Maitreya.
14:30-17:00 pm: Head back to Chengdu.
