Booking your Whale Watching Expedition is easy and designed to give you a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. Once your reservation is confirmed, simply make your way to the departure marina where your ocean adventure begins:

Getting There:
Guests must arrive on their own at the Marine Terminal. It’s conveniently located in Puerto Vallarta and easily reachable by taxi, rideshare, or local transportation from most hotels and resorts.

Check-In Time:
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in and boarding. Upon arrival, present your booking confirmation (printed or digital) to our staff at the dock.

Fees Due at Check-In:
Before boarding, each guest must pay the following mandatory conservation and port fees (in cash at the terminal):

Port Fee: $33 MXN per person
Whale Conservation Fee: $129 MXN per person

Pro Tip: Don’t forget your camera or binoculars — early morning departures often offer the calmest seas and the best whale activity!

Check-In & Departure from the Marina

Upon arrival at the Marine Terminal, our friendly bilingual crew will greet you and guide you through a smooth check-in process. Please have your reservation confirmation (printed or digital) ready and settle the port and conservation fees before boarding.

Once you’re checked in, it’s time to board our comfortable, fully equipped whale-watching vessel, designed to offer both shaded seating and open-deck areas — perfect for spotting whales and taking photos.
