Day 01

Marrakech to Imlil, Asni and Aroumd

Start from Marrakech at 9 am and take a 2-hour drive to the Moulay Brahim Gorges.
Visit the Berber village of Asni and see its trendy weekly market, held every Saturday.
Reach the Imlil crossing, a vibrantly green valley that stays fresh and lush even during the hottest days of summer. Imlil is a small village in the foothills of the highest mountains in Morocco.
Arrive at Imlil.
Leave the vehicle and take mules for around 40 minutes toward the south to the Berber village of Aroumd (Aremd), at 1843 m, set in the upper foothills of the Western High Atlas Mountains.
Enjoy lunch served in a Berber house in the village of Aroumd.
Take a short walk before returning to Marrakech.
