Day 01

Full-Day Trek to Soraypampa and Humantay Lake

Meet your Peruvian tour guide at your hotel between 4:45 and 5:30 in the morning, then travel to the town of Mollepata, located in the lush valley of the Apurimac River.
Enjoy a full and hearty breakfast before continuing to Soraypampa (3900 m). Rest for a while, then begin your trek towards Humantay Lake, located at 13,779 ft / 4200 m.
Return to the town of Mollepata for a scrumptious lunch with beautiful panoramic views of the snow-capped peaks, then head back to Cusco.

Drop-off is at the city center, near the main Plaza de Armas.
