La Spezia Market Visit and Hands-On Italian Cooking Class

• Meet the guide next to the market square in La Spezia, or at another location to be arranged. Begin with a short tour of the market and buy the fresh ingredients needed to prepare your lunch.

• Then head back to the house and cook a typical homemade Italian dish. This is a very hands-on class, and you will prepare the food that you will later enjoy.

• The menu may vary according to the season and includes an antipasto, homemade pasta or gnocchi, and dessert - in short, a starter, main course, and dessert.

• You will also receive a recipe booklet so you can recreate the dishes at home.
