The itinerary

Day 01

Janauary park, meeting of the rivers, catalão floating village etcThe most impressive phenomenon of the encounter of the waters from the Negro and Solimões rivers. Running side by side without mixing due to differences like the Ph, the density, the velocity, the temperature. We'll stop for pictures, explanations, even touch the waters and so on.One of the biggest floating villages near Manaus with more than one hundred families, with school, churches, restaurant, bars, snack bars etc. All floating in the lake.In this floating village there's a floating fish farm where we see the biggest species of fish with scales in fresh water on the planet. The Pirarucu (Arapaima gigas) is a pre-historic fish that impresses by the size and strength. We'll play with these creatures using a fishing rod with no hook but with a bait tied to feed them.We'll have a delicious lunch with a great variety of fish, beef, salads etc. at a floating restaurant. and at the end we'll enjoy a nice walk on a suspended wooded walkway through the flooded forest (seasonal) to reach the lake with water lilies, besides some trees and a big chance to see animals like monkeys, sloths, birds etc.An ecological park located between the Negro and the Amazon rivers with a unique characteristic that comprehends fauna and flora from both biomas.We reach this lake to reach the house of a river dweller, where we get to our rooms, have dinner and leave again for a night ride when we see and learn about the nocturnal fauna and flora including caymans, birds etc.Overnight at a river dwellers family

Day 02

Negro river, Acajatuba lake, Ubin lake, Ariau river, Tarumã river.In this region we'll have many incredible activities starting at 5:30am to see the sunrise and the nature wake up, hearing beautiful birds singing and have a boat ride early in the morning. After breakfast we will go out again for a jungle trekking to learn about the fauna and flora of the region.We'll head to the region of Paricatuba where we have lunch at a floating restaurant around 1pm. Then we'll visit a project for preservation of the Amazonian pink river dolphins where we'll learn about them and enter the water to interact with them.We'll visit an indigenous tribe to learn about the life and culture and participate on a traditional ritual. You'll also have a chance to buy souvenirs in case you want.We'll enjoy a precious time at one of the most beautiful beaches of the region with white sand and warm waters.In this museum we'll learn about the time when amazon was one of the richest places in Brazil due to the exportation of the latex extracted from a tree found only in our region back then. We'll travel back in time to the rubber boom and learn about everything related to the end of the 19th century
