Pedres Castle, Winery Tasting and Costa Smeralda
- Meet your tour guide at the agreed-upon location and begin the tour. You will travel by minivan.
- Visit the ruins of the medieval Pedres Castle, one of the three medieval fortresses that still remain on the Sardinian east coast. The castle stands on top of a rocky hill, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the Gallura and Costa Smeralda coastline. You can also access Su Monte's Abe.
- Continue to a small artisanal winery close to Olbia, Tenute Olbios, where the host will tell you the story of the winery and explain the many secrets of winemaking. You are invited to taste their best wines, including the classic Vermentino, all accompanied by local traditional food products such as cheese, Sardinian ham, bread, sausages, and a yummy jam made from Vermentino wine.
- Move on to Costa Smeralda, the best-known tourist place in the Gallura region. Take a scenic road to Costa Smeralda, often stopping at many panoramic spots. At Baia Sardinia, enjoy a short break and some free time relaxing on the beach or sitting on the terrace of one of the many seafront cafes.
