Day 01

Rio de Janeiro Highlights and Sugarloaf Experience

Pick up from the hotel at 8:30 am and board the Corcovado train, which passes through the Tijuca National rainforest.
Visit Christ the Redeemer and then proceed to the Santa Teresa neighbourhood.
See the Lapa Arcs, a limestone structure built in a romantic style that features 42 large double arches and stained glass windows, then continue to the colourful Selarón Staircase.
Discover the Metropolitan Cathedral, a very modern construction from the 1970s.
Continue to the City Center and visit the Municipal Theater, the National Library, the National Museum of Fine Arts, and the Pedro Ernesto Palace.
Stop for lunch at Churrascaria Palace to enjoy the famous Brazilian barbecue.
Take the Sugarloaf cable car and enjoy the breathtaking views of the city.
Enjoy views of the City Center from the South Zone, including Copacabana, Flamengo, Glória, Guanabara Bay, as well as Niterói and its beaches.
