5-Day Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Nakuru Wildlife Safari

• Head from your hotel to the tour office to meet the other group members.

• Then depart for the Masai Mara National Reserve via the viewpoint of the Great Rift Valley.

• Stop at Narok town for lunch and refuelling.

• After lunch, continue the drive and arrive at the camp. After check-in, you may relax for a few minutes.

• Proceed for an afternoon game drive, tracking various animal species and birds with your driver-guide.

Have dinner and overnight at the camp.

• After breakfast, proceed on a full day of game viewing within the reserve. The landscape here is scenic savannah grassland on rolling hills. The reserve is the best park for game viewing in Kenya, as it has an extensive road and track network that allows for close-range viewing and photography.

• Break for your picnic lunch at the hippo pool while looking out for hippos and crocodiles.

• Continue the game drive until 5:00 pm, then visit the Maasai Village (optional).

Dinner and overnight at the camp.

• Early in the morning, enjoy a pre-breakfast game drive.

• After breakfast, depart for Nakuru, with lunch en route.

• Savour the scenic views of Mt. Longonot and Lake Naivasha from afar along the main highway.

• Finally, arrive in Nakuru and head out for a short drive.

Dinner and overnight at the budget hotel.

• After breakfast, proceed on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its prolific birdlife, including flamingos. In addition, the park contains a sanctuary for the conservation of the white rhino, while species like Cape buffalo and waterbuck can be seen near the shoreline.

• Enjoy a hot lunch and head for Naivasha.

• You have the option to take a boat ride on this freshwater lake to see hippos and fish eagles at an extra cost.

Dinner and overnight will be at a budget hotel.

• After breakfast, take a nature walk in Hell's Gate National Park. You may rent bicycles to cycle in this park only. There are over 100 species of birds in the park, including vultures, Verreaux's eagles, augur buzzards, and swifts.

• Get to see African buffalo, zebra, eland, hartebeest, Thomson's gazelle, and baboons frolicking. The park is also home to klipspringer antelope and Chandler's mountain reedbuck.

• Enjoy a hot or picnic lunch at the park and later drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon.
