The itinerary

Day 01

Mokoro Journey into the Delta and Sunset Bush Walk

07:30 - Depart your Maun accommodation in an open 4x4 vehicle for a 1.5-hour drive to the Daunara / Boro Mokoro Station in the NG32 Concession.

09:30 - Meet your local community poler (guide) and board a traditional mokoro (dugout canoe) to glide silently through shallow, papyrus-fringed channels.

11:30 - Arrive at a remote island campsite and settle into your dome tent while the camp staff prepare lunch.

15:30 - Embark on a late-afternoon guided bush walk to track elephants, zebras, and lechwe on foot.
