Mountain Cheese Traditions and San Pellegrino
Visit a local small dairy factory in the mountain region to discover, in the original place of production, how some of the most appreciated local D.O.P. cheeses are made, followed by a final cheese tasting.
In the afternoon, head to the renowned small town of San Pellegrino, famous for its natural mineral water, beautiful urban center, traces of Liberty-style buildings, and a sweet final moment.
Enjoy some of the local exquisite pastry creations in a traditional pasticceria.
