Day by day
Hotel pick up and then drive to Dades valley via Ouarzazate, called the Hollywood of Africa.
Pass along the Road of the thousand Kasbahs before stopping at Kalaat Mgouna. It is well-known for roses and its annual festival during May.
Spend the night in the heart of the Dades Gorge in local riad with dinner and breakfast.
After breakfast in the riad, drive through the valley to see rock formation “the monkey toes.”
Leaving the Dades valley towards Tinghir and the Todra valley, see the panoramic views of the Old Mud Berber villages overlooking the valley.
Arriving at the Gorge, walk under the 300 m high red cliff, where many Rock-climbers come to enjoy their preferred sport.
Continuing to Erfoud and Rissani to have lunch.
Leave for the village of Merzouga, where your camel will be waiting for you.
You will be welcomed with a glass of mint tea and a desert scarf before your camel ride starts heading into the mysterious sand-sea of the Erg-Chebbi, guided by an experienced camel guide.
Spend your first night under the stars, or if you prefer, in a traditional Berber nomad tent.
Wake up to see the sunrise, then peacefully camel-trek back to the village of Merzouga, appreciating the unique beauty of the spectacular Erg Chebbi dunes – changing with the light as the day progresses.
Arriving back in Merzouga and after breakfast and a hot shower in the guesthouse, leave for Ouarzazate, passing by the famous Draa Valley - full of palm trees.
Stop for lunch in the way and continue to Marrakech.
Over the Tizi ‘n’ Tichka pass again and end of the tour.

The cost will vary based on:
The season when you travel.
The number of people travelling - more travellers mean a lower cost per person.
The number of days you want to be on tour.
We usually provide mid-range accommodation in 3- and 4-star riads and/or hotels; however, luxury or budget hotels can also be arranged.
One-way or return travel - round trips cost less.
Payments:
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 25% deposit. At your request, we will send an invoice with payment details.
Deposits can be paid via direct bank transfer or Western Union. Receipts will be issued on receipt of the deposit. The balance can be paid in cash (Euro, Dollars, or Moroccan Dirham) to the driver at the start of the tour.
You can pay the balance by credit card or direct bank transfer, but this will incur a 4% fee.
