    • If you join this tour, our local tour guide will show you around the picturesque village of Monteriggioni, probably the most well-preserved medieval walled town in the Sienese territory. The village was a military outpost in the middle ages and was located on one of the most important European roads - Via Francigena. Today, the town is tiny, with only approximately 45 people still living there.
    • You will have the opportunity to see the little church, the main square, and the two entrance gates facing Siena and Florence. 
    • From the last gate, you will get an amazing view of the countryside, including the Chianti area known for its wine, the famous Chianti Classico. 
    • On a bright sunny day, you can even see panoramic views of San Gimignano, another beautiful little town located in Tuscany.
