Join this 5-day trek to enjoy the scenic Himalayan Mountain views as you head to Poon Hill from Nayapul via Tadapani. Hike through lush green mountains and reach the summit to capture breathtaking sunrise reflections on the snow-capped peaks of Machhapuchhare, Nilgiri and Dhaulagiri. Also, meet with the Gurung & Magar people and learn about their culture.

Day 1- Kathmandu - Pokhara expand_more
Take a tourist coach from Kathmandu to Pokhara by scenic Prithvi highway, which will take you about a 6-hour drive, including a time for lunch on the way. The bus will drop you at the hotel.
Welcome drinks will be served in a hotel and then a short time for refreshment.
In the evening, go for a boating trip on Phewa Lake and enjoy the spectacular views of the Annapurna Himalayan Range reflected in all its glory in the calm green waters of the lake.
Visit the Barahi temple, which is only accessible by boat. If you take a flight, it takes only 45 minutes.

Day 2- Drive to Nayapul & Trek to Tikhedhunga (4 hours) expand_more
After breakfast at the hotel, begin the trek at Nayapul after a 1-hour drive by tourist vehicle from Pokhara. After 20 minutes short walk along the bank of the Modi Khola, reach Birethanti (1015 meters), a large village with many shops and teahouses.
From there, the trail continues through the village. The trail follows the north bank of the Bhurungdi Khola. From there, it climbs steadily up the side of the valley to Hille at 1495m and, after the short climb, reaches Tikhedhunga at 1570m.
Today’s walk offers a short and relatively easy day during the journey, which allows us to become used to the experience of trekking in Nepal.

Day 3- Trek to Ghorepani (7 hours) expand_more
Leaving Tikhedunga, begin the journey with a steep climb to Ulleri. Ulleri is a large Magar village at 2070 meters.
The trail then ascends more gently through fine forests of oak and rhododendrons towards Banthanti at 2250 meters.
Trek towards Nangethanti at 2460m.
After an hour of walking, reach Ghorepani at 2840m.

Day 4- Trek to Tadapani to Ghandruk (7 hours) expand_more
Climb the steep trail to the viewpoint of Poon Hill (3210m). The efforts will be rewarded with spectacular views of Machhapuchre, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, and the Annapurnas.
After taking photos and having some coffee, tea or hot chocolate, return to Ghorepani.
After breakfast, head east and climb a nearby ridge.
Descend through rhododendron forest, pass spectacular waterfalls along the way and reach Tadapani at 2650m.
After Tadapani, start your walk through the dense forest. The trail leads the easy flat way to Bhaisekharka, then step downhill to the huge Gurung village, Ghandruk.
Reach Ghandruk at lunchtime.
Go sightseeing at the typical village and museum and observe their lifestyle. The views from Ghandruk are stunning and magnificent of Annapurna south, Himchuli and Machhapuchre.

Day 5- Trek to Nayapul & Drive to Pokhara expand_more
After breakfast at Ghandruk, trek down to a large, typical Gurung village. Most of the men are Gorkha army from this village.
After a 1-hour walk through the stone-paved path, reach Syaulibazaar and continue the trek to Nayapul through the riverside of Modi Khola.
Finish your trek at Nayapul and take our transport to Pokhara.
