My trip to Rome was a full one. I basically had two full days to take in the city and doing it from a wheelchair on my own was a daunting task. I contacted Francesca and she was up for the challenge of making my plans work. Between the both of us we researched what was needed for quick disabled access to the Vatican museum, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's.
The next day we did the classical view of Rome with the Colosseum and the Forum. I am very independent but there were times I needed an extra push, some needed Italian translation with museum guards about access points, and someone to help "think outside the box" on access barriers. All the while she was knowledgeable on the architecture and history of the city that helped bring ancient Rome to life. I highly recommend Francesca as a wonderful tour guide for disabled and non-disabled travelers, alike.
Big thank you my friend:-)
