We DIDN’T steal your money as you claimed in your review. Below is what really happened; On 27th June 2017, the government announced its financial budget for the year 2017/2018. In this financial budget the government of Tanzania introduced a new concession fee for all hotels located inside the national parks; the new fee was applicable immediately from 01st July 2017, few days before beginning of your tour. Unfortunately the government’s budgetary changes affected your bookings which resulted to additional US$ 700 fees on your accommodation. This amount was not part of the amount you paid us in 2016. As a company we had a discussion and we decided to bear the loss and paid US$ 300 on your behalf. The rest US$ 400 you paid yourself. Keep in mind that you were supposed to bear the whole cost.
