For my fourth visit to India I made contact with Fida. He arranged drivers and guides for our party in Jodhpur and Delhi. His arrangements were conducted very professionally and always responded within a day or so. He was always available on the phone even when he had to travel to Kasmir. Changes to our plans were handled very efficiently. We decided at the last minute to get a taxi from Jaipur to Delhi. His price  was a thirdl less than that quoted at our hotel. I had an amazing trip to India.  The guide and tour was extremely good, very flexible and for that they deserves a special thanks. I had 6 great days around Jaipur, which obviously also added up to the experience. Fida is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide. I truly enjoyed  the scenery was beautiful and it was a good experience to view the historical temples. 

 All respect for Fida who does a great job there; a true sample of excellent tour guide! 

After browsing through the TourHQ website and reading multiple reviews, we booked guide Fida Hussain. Per TourHQ website, Fida was one of the top guide and had fee higher that most of the other guides. After booking and initial payment, we came to know that he is not coming on the tour and he arranged for another guide Romi Khan who is not licensed (Ideally it should not happen, as we paid for the service from  Fida).

We started our day with this guide at Rastrapati Bhawan. When we reached, he mentioned that we cannot enter and need to buy online tickets to visit and take prior approvals. We could have done that even if he would have informed us upfront or in advance. He was aware that Rastrapati Bhawan was the first place we want to visit. It was kind of embarassment in front of Foreign client.

Also, he mentioned that we cannot enter the area near South and North block. Our taxi driver mentioned that we can enter and view North and South block. Atleast we viewed North and South block per Taxi driver advise.

Next we headed towards India Gate and War Memorial. He mentioned that it was his first time to War memorial. That's understandable as it is a new constuction and we explored the area.

Afterthat, we went to Humayun Tomb, which was area of expertise of Romi. He looks passanate and had knowledge about the place. We spent good 2 hours over there.

Lastly, we visited National Museaum with the guide. At the ticket counter we came to know that licensed guide can enter the Museaum without ticket. where we came to know that this guide is not licensed (as claimed by the guide on the Portal).

Our US client feedback at the end of the day was why we hired a guide when Taxi driver had more knowledge about the area and places.
