Where do I begin? my boyfriend and i just spent a 4 week holiday traveling through india and sri lanka. we spent most of our holiday trekking through india, and planned our last week in Sri lanka. i found dilhans website online, and we exchanged one email. He knew when we were arriving, but before I could confirm with him I lost my phone. My boyfriends phone didn't have an INDIA sim, it was time to catch out flight, so we just decided to wing it. We honestly didnt expect him to be there when we landed, but there he was!!! he was smiling and holding a sign with my name and we were so happy!! we spent our last week in Sri lanka visiting ancient ruins and beaches and waterfalls. We ride the train from nuwareliya to Ella. we saw wild elephants up close from our vehicle, and fed baby elephants at pinnewala. it was so cool. its a week we will never forget. I cried when we left. we are so happy that dilhan was our guide. I can't image a better week. I think sometimes things are just meant to be. we are very grateful to dilhan and his family for their warmth and hospitality and we hope to go back one day. namaste

My wife and i from Germany Hired Dilhan for a 6 day tour of Sri Lanka. Visiting  anuradhapura sigiriya dambulla trincomalle galle and mirissa. He Provided exceptional care and caution. We felt very good during this week Time and we were very comfortable. His Price was below customary with exceptional Service. Good Person. Very easy to be together one week. Excellence Guide. I don't know why he doesn't have a bucket of reviews on this website, but let's get the ball rolling! YES. He's awesome! My sister and I recently spent a week with Dilhan visiting the main cultural areas of Sri Lanka. We hit all the marks. Kandy, Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Sigirya, Ella, THE TRAIN, Galle and Colombo. Dilhan was fantastic. He has contacts everywhere and nothing we asked seemed too much trouble. He was kind and caring. There all the time, but unintrusive. We felt very safe and well tended to. He also saved us a substantial amount of money on our accommodations and entrance fees. I would highly recommend Dilhan for any type of tour you require. I believe he does different kinds of tours other than just the triangle. His price was very fair, and truthfully probably worth double what we paid. Had a really wonderful time.  It was ... as his website indicates.... AWESOME!
