He was a little late but he made up for it. I know, I would not have gotten to experience all that we did in one day. He was very knowledgeable of the history. He provided us with important information, an air conditioner vehicle, water and other suggestions to make our stay memorable. He was kind. I would recommend this tour.

Thulasizwe took my family including 2 teenagers  around Johannesburg and Soweto. He was very flexible and accommodating to our wants. He meet us on time and answered all our questions. It felt amazing to walk the streets were Nelson Mandela once walked. At my request he took us to the kliptown Youth center which was a highlight of the tour. The owners are doing amazing work here helping kids with school work, keeping them off the streets and feeding them. He was an exceptional guide and we would highly recommend  him!  

Thulasizwe is an excellent guide for this tour. He is very knowledgeable and he lives in Soweto so he knows and understands the community. He provided a wide variety of experiences in Soweto including a visit to a home and to Kliptown Youth Program including the crèche (2 to 4 year olds) which was inspiring and uplifting. We were able to go to Regina Mundi Church, Vilakazi street withandela’s house plus see Hector Pieterson Memorial Square and visit the Museum . Thulasizwe provided us with a thorough history of the apartheid era and the anti apartheid movement to deepen our understanding. Thulasizwe was very professional and paced the tour well so we did not feel rushed. He provided a very memorable day for us. We highly recommend Thulasizwe as a tour guide!
