My family and I visited the highlands of Ecuador, Santiago was our guide, during all the trip Santiago showed great knowledge of his country´s history, he has a great sense of humor and the great love that Santiago has for his country is contagious, he is a great naturalist as well, he is like an "enciclopedia", he went beyond his duty and made out of our trip our "the best vacation ever"

Santiago is amazing. There was not a question he could not answer. He could answer questions about the culture, geography, geology, etc. A truly amazing man with an amazing skill set.
