Amazing guide to Gambia

Reviewed May 22, 2022

We met Alex  when we visited Gambia for my 60th. He proved to  be very knowledgeable and we liked his gentle style, as he took us to places where we could experience this wonderful country and it's people.

We  have recommended him to other friends and would unreservedly encourage visitors to give him a call for a very special insight into all things Gambia.

MY WONDERFUL EXPERIENCW IN THE GAMBIA - Thanks Mr. Alex Sanneh

Reviewed May 16, 2022

I count it a privilege and a great opportunity to write a review of my tour and experience in The Gambia.

Thank you for the opportunity.

A friend introduced me to Mr. Alex, I think I first met him at Airport or somewhere in Senegambia Hotel, am not sure. But for the two times of my visit of four weeks altogether, i was staying at Ocean Bay Hotel.

With the help of Mr. Alex I was able to visit so many places like the crocodile pond in Katchikali, the art and craft shop in (I have forgotten the name of that market close to the national assembly), the National Museum at the Stadium; the highlight of my visit was the monkey park and when we visited his countryside, not to mention the wonderful time I spent at the beach behind Ocean Bay Hotel.

Alex is a very Professional and kindhearted guide. Our friendship is growing every day and look forward to spending more time in the Gambia with my family in the near future. Mr. Alex will definitely be my Tour guide by the grace of God.

Thank you again.

I met Alex Sanneh the day before my tour in order to arrange the details. His frienliness and his low profile were captivating and I was already sure it would be a perfect tour. So it was!!! We were 2 friends and did the so called Root trip: a visit to the villages of  Albreda and Juffureh and the Kunta Kinteh Island, all of which an UNESCO world heritage site. It was perfectly organized (a trip by your own is complicated and time consuming), with complimentary drinks and lunch included.Very knowledgeable about the history and the significance of the site, the tour was also including a visit to Kunta Kinteh relatives house, offering an insight to the village living.I liked this guy!Absolutely recommended.
