I had only one day in Kolkata and Bratati took me on a fantastic guided tour around the city. We took in all the major sights, important buildings and the book and central markets, had a pleasant walk along by the River Ganges and also went to some lesser known parts of the city. There were some food destinations I wanted to visit and Bratati took me there where she joined me to eat. She had also arranged the airport transfer the previous evening and also a car for the tour. Bratati is charming, easy to chat to and very knowledgeable. That day I learnt a lot about Kolkata and its history. All is all a first class guide and I cannot recommend her highly enough. 

This woman is a liar and a cheat. She sold  me on a tour and collected a deposit knowing that she was not available. The night before the tour she told me she always had another booking and foisted me on an unknown friend of hers. Don't believe a word this woman says. 

She is a excellent guide with full of knowledge, History & Folk tales...We have enjoyed a lot
