I found Haşim Anık to be an excellent guide, well informed and friendly, during a short (5 day) tour in Berlin and Potsdam. The tour was conducted in Turkish, not my native language (which is English), but he enunciated clearly so I could understand quite well. His English seems good, though; likewise his German. His explanations of history and daily life were well informed and clearly presented. Since I am an archaeologist, I skipped his commentary in the Pergamon and Neues Museums, and wandered around by myself, but I'm sure he gave a good tour.

Hasim's warm, friendly and energetic personality stroke us at the very first moment we have met him at the airport. His wide knowledge on social, historical, political faces of Germany was astonishing. How could someone has something to tell on every Street, every corner and every building of a city? He was a tour leader, a teacher, a time planner, a guide and beyond of all a great friend... A real friend to spend hours to find the lost ipad of someone from the group instead of going home after a very tiring day. Highly recommended!!! Thank you Hasim... Mert
