We made a 7 day trip in Sri Lanka with Dayan from Ceylon Tusker as a private driver. We arranged our own individual tour (Beruwala, Pinnawala, Dambulla, Pollonawura, Sigiriya, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Tissa, Yala, Butthala) and had a great time. Dayan, who is also an official licensed guide, showed us all the well known places and in addition made a lot of stops besides the typical touristic sites in order to show us the beautiful landscape or just typical Sri Lankan places to better understand the culture and illustrate everyday life. He was also very keen on introducing us to the delicious local food. Dayan is an excellent driver and we felt very safe with him. He is very reliable, always on time, pleasant, extremely service oriented and always trying to anticipate every possible wish. If we come back to Sri Lanka we would definitely book him again for another tour. I would highly recommend him for anybody visiting this beautiful country. We recently had a corporate event at the Yala & Sigiriya and our experience there surpassed all expectations. The Tour Guide , who Chinthake extremely helpful, paid attention to the most minute of details, were always on hand to attend to our many requests, were very tolerant of our sometimes noisy bunch - and all this was done with utmost courtesy and always with a smile.
