Declan was an excellent guide we would highly recommend him to anyone wishing to learn more about Limerick. Charming and personable, Declan provides a great service and has a thorough knowledge of the city. Our group loved him!

My two friends and I were in Limerick on May 3rd 2016 and Declan gave us a very fun, thorough and historically insightful tour! We saw all the highlights and some off the beaten path places that were worth the look. Lots of good information.  He responded promptly to my emails to set up our tour, followed up and met us spot on time the day of the tour. He was full of information and shared good reviews of other things to see and do in Limerick.  Using him as a tour guide also gave us a discount on admission to the Hunt Museum which is an eclectic collection of Ancient Irish and European History artifacts mixed with some Modern Art.  VERY worth a visit. I would HIGHLY recommend using Declan as your guide if you are ever in Limerick. 

He'll accommodate you as best he can and meet you anywhere. Friendly, knows Limerick very well and can tell you stories at every turn! He's worth way more than he charges. If you read Angela's Ashes before you see Declan, have him give you stories about Frank McCourt. Walk through People's Park. He goes at your pace. If you are in Limerick, DO NOT MISS DECLAN! We have such great memories of Limerick because of him.
