Solomia is an eminent tour guide. Her energy is captivating, her English perfect, she is kind and warmhearted and a great communicator. We were in very good hands and learned a lot about her beautiful Lviv.

The best decision I made was to book a tour with Solomia in Lviv. She has an in-depth knowledge of the city, its culture, its history and the hidden quirks. She brings to life a truly fascinating city. On top of it, she has a great sense of humor and theatrics, showing me the ghosts and subterranian haunts spread throughout Lviv. Best tour guide ever! I booked the “The Heart of Lviv - Old Town Half Day” tour for myself.  I've traveled to 75+ countries and employed tour guides all over the world.  Ms. Solomia Kratsylo is, by far, the best!  Who would not want a smart, charming, beautiful, young woman to show them around an historical old city?  I can't think of a more pleasurable way to spend a few hours!  Ms. Kratsylo is not just a local guide but also a Lviv native. She proudly and skillfully showed off her home city, highlighting its best sites.  Solomia delivered a great overview of Ukrainian (and German as well as Polish) history, all the while demonstrating an incredible command of the English language.  She even graciously taught me a little Ukrainian along the way!  Not only did Solomia offer a wonderful tour of the old town, but also she provided great recommendations for places to eat, shop, and enjoy the local nightlife. I can’t imagine a better guided tour experience!  What an absolute delight.  I look forward to booking Solomia's other tours on my next trip to Lviv.  Highest recommendation!

She and her friend were speaking really interstingly and they tried to show us as much as possible. 

Solomia prepared a perfect program  and adapted it to our requirements. 

Even though we were a big group and sometimes it was a problem to coordinate us,  she was still smiling.

Solomia let us experience everything, she was singing for us in Opera and she was also dancing in former casino.

Communication was excelent, we had a problem with  translator and she was trying to help us in all ways.

She could also advice us where we can park our  bus and  eat well or what to buy as a souvenir, she answered all our questions.

Solomia is a willing, friendly, clever, young girl full of positive energy and loves Lviv.

I have to recommend her!!!
