Diana was inventive enough to tailor a trip to my specific needs, after learning about my interest she improvised a custom day in such away that it exceeded my expectations. Not only is she knowledgeable about the areas, building and its history but because she has such a wealth of experience and a very kind, open and charismatic persona; she was able to get acces to buildings which would otherwise be closed to me.  She is an interesting storyteller with a wealth of facts and also an attentive listener. This way, my tour was not only meeting the points of interests which I wanted to visit but also some places that I hadn't thought about, until she showed them to me. 

So yes, I would highly recommend her services whenever you would plan a visit to this city, be it for business purposes or personal interests. Het knowledge of the English language is very good and when I informed about certain business I would like to contact, she didn't hesitate but developed her own initiative to contact some of these businesses and offer her services as translator hen needed.

Diana was my tour guide on two trips to western Ukraine, one a 3-day trek from Lviv to Ternopil, Vinnytsia, and Uman, and the other involving a full-day tour of Lviv. On both occasions, I found her highly professional, very responsive to my requests and concerns, extraordinary knowledgeable, and an invaluable asset – which is why I jumped at the chance to use her services a second time. Not only did Diana show me the major cultural and historical sites and provide in-depth explanations, she also revealed several obscure and inaccessible hidden gems of interest, which added tremendous value.
