We planned for a full day, 8 hour whistlestop tour of Kiev with Tatyana, covering 10+ places of religious, historical and cultural interest (some off the beaten track) to which she added her own suggestions, She had pre-prepared a timed spread-sheet for our outing which we covered walking and using public transport. With good use of English language, she was knowledgeable, engaging, and personable - with a great sense of humour.  All in all it was a great success, and Tatyana is to be recommended.

Tatyana is a consummate professional.  She was great with the communication & planning things to make my trip truly stress free.  Including getting me to the airport on time & in through security.  She truly is proud of her City & has a through understanding of its History & people.  I felt as though a friend had showed me through Dnipro.  Would unquestionably use Tatyana again.
