I have booked a seven day tour with Ionut across Transylvania in Romania.  I injured my knee on the first day of the tour.  Ionut called paramedics and helped them to transport me to a local hospital.  He also stayed with me for 1.5 days till a repatriation solution has been found for me.  I am grateful to his kind support and will return to do the same trip with him.
