The urban night wildlife safari was an unforgettable experience for us, thank you very much for the memorable tour. The tour has been organised professionally and efficiently by selecting right locations on right time. Our tour guide, Nim always explained valuable things and shared information about nocturnal animals with us. We never tired during the visit but surprised to see such a range of wild animals in the middle of a capital city.

We had a pre -booked full day tour. We dropped few mails & He was high responsive to the mails. we could learn the evaluation of the city, colonial architecture, traditional paintings,museum. most fascinating part is evening rituals of the devotees & way of life of city -dwellers & street foods. Nim brought us to better restaurant to see the sunset & take photographs. they extremely knowledgeable of Sri Lanka. We learned so much.Thank you!!

For me, it was a struggle to distinguish the different south Asian Cuisines, until I took this activity. There wasn’t any part of the activity that wasn’t full of fun and educational. The guide (Nim) is priceless. He and the chef explained the how comprehensive Sri Lankan cooking artistry is. Would love to do it again and stay in their Villa once more….

I stayed in Villa Ivy Crest for 3 nights and it was an awesome time. they served us really well from the check-in it self and their food is the best food we had during our stay in Sri Lanka. they have several different tours and we took the cooking tour which was one of the best experiences in my travelling life. It was a well planned tour and we got the opportunity to engage from the very beginning of shopping vegetables and other items to cooking. Going to local market and buying the things we wanted to eat ourselves was an unique experience as we were able to get close to the local culture. How they select the better one of each item is something very interesting. After the shopping tour their chef got us involved in every step of cooking; cleaning the vegetables, chopping them, preparing spices, etc. Of course they take relatively a longer time than us Europeans to prepare a meal but you will never regret the time you spent if you taste their food. I believe coconut milk is the secret behind their mouthwatering food. If you want to experience the local culture to the maximum you MUST take their cooking tour
