Tuan has made our holiday (2 family's with older children) very special. He was a really good understanding guide and driver!

We told him about our wishes and he discussed the planning for and with us. We had some trouble with people at hotels who didn't know english and he couldn't have helped us better! He made sure we felt comfortable at all times. Also he didn't just show us the basic touristic places but he showed us some real sri lankan places and shops that you wouldn't find on your own. 

I brought my company to Sri Lanka for an extended period (software developers and management) of 6 weeks. We hired Tuan as our guide and driver, and this was one of the absolute best decisions we made. During such a long work/vacation, a lot of things happen and Tuan ensured that everything went smoothly, even when they could have ended up being quite negative. Problem solving is a strong point – he does it seamlessly and without exposing the visitor to all the complexities involved.

Tuan is exceptionally intelligent, proactive and knowledgeable, both in terms of Sri Lanka and how to navigate everything there, and also in understanding the needs of people from different backgrounds. In our group there were men and women; Muslims, Christians, Agnostics, Buddhists and Atheists; Westerners and Asians; and many different ethnicities. Tuan managed to understand the needs of these different constituencies.

Regarding lodging and sightseeing, Tuan is a master. He knows hotel owners and managers, tour guides, and all options available for a visitor. Whether nature and wild life, beach or city, Tuan will provide the best opportunity for the budget.

My strongest recommendation for Tuan is that he’s an honest and respectable man. Even when he was in a position to get more money, he provided recommendations that were best for us. He is also very sensitive to the needs of the traveler and is easy to communicate with. He provided us with unmatched service.

He comes highly recommended – I look forward to visiting Sri Lanka again and will definitely work with him then.
