I just returned home a few days ago after a memorable 11 days’ vacation to Sri Lanka. The whole tour was awesome and the credit goes to Mr. Dilhan Suraweera from Dilhan’s Awesome Adventures.

I travelled to Sri Lanka with my husband and 8 years old son. Therefore, I was on the lookout for a reliable tour agent who will be able to provide customised tour package as I had to ensure that each place of visit or activity that we participate is suitable for all the three of us, especially my son.

Luckily I found Dilhan’s tour services and from the first day I communicated with him, I felt very comfortable with his approach as he has so much of respect for his customers. The decision to book the tour with Dilhan was correct as we really enjoyed the whole tour. The following are some of the factors that contributed to this awesome tour:

Price – Very reasonable

Customised Tour – We were able to customise the tour as per our needs and Dilhan provided excellent advice and shared a lot of information so that we can plan a good itinerary

Communication – Dilhan responsed to all my queries via email and WhatsApp messages very promptly

Care – Dilhan showed great customer care as he contacted me and the driver assigned to us on a daily basis to ensure that our tour is smooth and goes on as planned

Respect – Dilhan respected our needs and did not force us into accepting his suggestions, be it related to hotels or tour itinerary

Driver – The driver assigned to us, Mr. Siripala (whom we fondly call as Uncle Siri) is a wonderful person and we were so lucky to have travelled with him. He is a very careful driver and we felt very safe traveling with him. He treated and cared for us just like how he would care for his own family. My son, who is a very shy boy, was very fond of Uncle Siri as

he finds him very loving and caring.

Generally, this was one of the best tours that we have experienced. It was a memorable and awesome tour not just because Sri Lanka is a great place for vacation but it is also because of Dilhan and his team who ensured that we enjoyed every moment of this tour. Thanks again Dilhan and Uncle Siri! We would definitely recommend your tour services to anyone who wants to visit Sri Lanka in future.

We traveled in a group of three. Dilhan was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He adapted to changes in our itinerary and was very patient with my 70 year old mother, who sometimes needed a little time and assistance. He has a good sense of humour and loves his country and sharing it with others. We were always comfortable and he helped us find accommodation wherever we went. We found discounted rates on popular apps and he always managed to better that. He did not force us into accepting any of his recommendations. His communication skills are excellent and he was very responsive to our requests. 

I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Suraweera and the next time I go to Sri Lanka, I will use his services again. 

We are 5 friends that have travel around the world. If you want to see Sri Lanka and have a great time, safe and reasonable price we strongly recommend Dilhan tours . We had a great experience and remarkable trip, in large part due to Mr. Pradeep Kumara. He was knowledgeable, flexible and responsive to our ever changing needs. We highly recommend him. My family and I just returned home from a 3 week amazing experience in India and Sri Lanka. Our kids are both in college, so this was a last family hurrah. India was incredible, but that's a different review. Honestly, the cherry on top of the trip was our driver and guide in Sri Lanka. Dilhan Suraweera. Dilhan's Awesome Adventures. I let my 'kids' help me plan this trip and they found Dilhan online. For whatever reason they both decided separately that he should be our guide. Crazy, right? I said ok without much resistance, as I was worn out from planning the travel in India. I contacted him by email and he was extremely nice. Courteous, prompt, and detailed. Very fair pricing. We selected a tour that took us to several of the architectural sites, a couple of beach days and finally Colombo. When we landed, Dilhan was waiting for us at the airport and he felt like a friend from the start. In retrospect, he was the highlight of our trip. He had a really great connection with the kids, as well as my husband and I. He was always on time. Never in our personal space. Great suggestions about activities all around. On the money with tips for restaurants and such. I felt like he showed us quality things instead of being on a scheduled tour. He was fantastic. Since this is probably our last vacation as a family unit, it was extremely important to me that everything be close to perfect. It could not have been better thanks to Dilhan. On the last evening, we had a chance to have dinner with his wife and children. Cherry on top!!! What a memorable send off. Sri Lanka was a beautiful experience that we will all treasure as the last big family 'road trip'. We are very thankful to have met Dilhan and his family. I'm a proud mama. My kids have good instincts. Lol. Amazing time was had by all. Book him before you can't get him!! He's a busy guy.
