Bagan is beautiful and you for sure get to see that with this horse cart experience. But you also get an extra bit of something else added in that is important -- local history, local stories. I didn't want to just be a tourist in Myanmar -- I wanted to be a response-able visitor and I wanted to learn more about the people and what was really happening -- their experiences and feelings. I enjoyed talking to Zaw and would recommend him to take you around because he is friendly and will cater to what you want to do. 

Zaw was a great guide, very knowledgeable and he brought the temples and monasteries to life. OK you could hire an ebike and do it yourself but you will miss out on so much!

His English was very good and get was very conscious that it was our trip and he catered to us as individuals rather than sticking to his agenda.
