We had a wonderful experience working with Madina through TourHQ. From the beginning, her service was excellent and she was always prompt in replying to our messages and offering helpful suggestions tailored to our needs. Even though she wasn’t physically present with us during the trip, she made sure everything went smoothly by constantly staying in touch and coordinating with the on-ground guides to assist us properly. We also did a photoshoot arranged through her, and the photographer, Baha, was fantastic. The photos turned out beautifully, and we were really pleased with the results. Overall, we truly appreciated Madina’s attentiveness, efficiency, and professionalism. It made a big difference to our trip, and we felt well taken care of throughout. We would definitely engage her services again and highly recommend her to anyone planning a trip in the region.
