Madina gifted us with a very well organized trip in south east Kazakhstan. Communication during the trip was smooth and pleasant, any change to the original schedule was handled with efficiency and respect. Ereke, our driver guide, provided a funny and professional company. My friend and I always felt safe with him by our side. This trip was a complete success and left us with a deep desire to explore more of this beautiful country in the future.

We had a wonderful experience working with Madina through TourHQ. From the beginning, her service was excellent and she was always prompt in replying to our messages and offering helpful suggestions tailored to our needs.
