"I love what I do so I'd like to show every my country". Thats what Natalia wrote to us and it sums what she is doing skillfully with is a lot of knowledge , friendlyness and excellent comunication.She was our guide with a van and driver (Carlos)  for3 days in Quito and 

5 days in a journey to other places (Banos , Tena, Otavalo  Papallacta  CotopaxiI....).

On our trip back from  Quilotoa just as we stsrted moving our car broke down. The driver could not fix the car and we were in the middle of no where before sunset  almost 3 hours from Quito.Due to her resoucefulness she arranged 2 pickup cars to take us to Lacatunga and from there to Quito in a privat bus.She paid them extra money and what could be an ordeal ended in one hour delley.

I highly recommend her.

Traveling alone, I felt very blessed to have Natalia as my guide.  I felt very comfortable with her from the moment she picked me up at the airport and took me to my hotel.

Two days later she picked me up and had a wonderful tour of Old Town Quito and Mitad del Mundo.  It was an especially fascinating day as it was Good Friday and we witnessed the amazing procession.  Natalia was so knowledgeable about Ecuadors history and present day situation, the indigenous people,  geography, and climate.  I had many questions and she answered them all.  

Much appreciated was her kind and caring nature- knowing I was having a bit of altitude sickness, she bought some coca candy for me and I felt instant relief.  She also assured that I had a safe connection to the airport the next day.

Natalia was a wonderful guide and if (when!) I return to Ecuador, I will request her services!

I thought Natalia was an excellent guide. She was fun to be with and you can tell she enjoys her work. She knew the history/culture very well, during the Quito tour.  She could always answer any question I had while in Quito. We stopped at various places along the way to Otavalo market, to sample fruits of Ecuador, see towns & native people and Panama hat making. I would highly recommend Natalia Pesantes if you are considering a guide for Quito & surrounding area.
