This is my first guided tour and my partners was not new to tours but how we felt was loved in the area of what we both wanted to see, more temples with deep story explaination and a good sunset. We got that and an included buffet for lunch, a chaffeur type service who open the door for us EACH time we go to and from a location, they gave us the best spots to grab photos, kept us away from crowded areas, showed us more local spots than touristic(good balance) and he even told us about his life and shared his heart with us, he's about to be a married man soon :) all in all he's knowledgeable, kind, works with your pace of sight seeing, works with the weather, and AC car all day long. Just do it, you will only have good memories. We did. :)

Ni Shan was my tour guide in Bagan for 2 full days. I found him to be a friendly and reliable guide. He knows the area very well and tooked me to the most important temples as well as less-known but wonderful places off the beaten track. His English is also quite decent.

Moreover he has a pleasant and caring personality. He was always concerned of my safety and is a very good driver as well. I felt very comfortable with him as companion.

He is also a professional photographer, I came back home with many great photos. 

I can recommend him as a good local guide for Bagan.
