Alice is very kind and obliging. She did everything we requested and communicating with her before arriving was easy. What we would have liked is more information about Jeju Island while we were driving to and visiting the sites. We’re not sure she understood our questions which often went unanswered. Maybe because she doesn’t know Jeju Island very well or maybe it was a lack of expertise with English.

nconvenience I may have caused. Usually, driver-guides tend to provide less explanation while driving, which may have made you feel uncomfortable. I truly apologize for that. Safety while driving is very important, and sometimes it is difficult to clearly hear questions from the back seat, which may have led to some misunderstanding or frustration. I am very sorry.
