We had one of the nicest and dedicated tour guide that we could expect. Highly recommended. Vasyl did every thing and beyond to meet our expectation from the visit. Profficient in English and has an air conditioned car. Just superb!!!

Für die Besichtigung von Tschernowitz (Chernivtsi) hatten wir einen Tag eingeplant, was knapp ist für diese schöne Stadt. Vasyl kannte unsere Interessen und stellte eine Tour zusammen, die es erlaubte, die Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Mit seinem grossen Wissen, seiner sehr angenehmen Art und einer grossen Sensibilität im Umgang mit den unterschiedlichen Befindlichkeiten der Mitglieder der kleinen Gruppe, gelang es Vasyl, die Schönheiten, die interessanten Orte von Tschernowitz und die Geschichte in angenehmster Weise zu vermitteln, und das in perfektem Englisch. Bereits einige Zeit vor unserem Besuch kontaktierte uns Vasyl und fragte, ob er uns bei eventuellen Fragen behilflich sein könnte. Am Tag der Führung wartete er pünktlich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt - vor dem Hotel - auf uns. Wir haben den Tag mit Vasyl sehr genossen und können ihn in jeder Hinsicht für eine Führung oder sonstige Aktivitäten empfehlen.

I was hesitant about hiring an unknown guide but was very pleased with the assistance provided by Vasyl.  His knowledge was deeper than a memorized tour guide spiel and he had many interesting historical insights.  He helped arrange a visit to my ancester's home community which was beyond what I had hoped for.  He was a good natured travel companion who anticipated my needs.  I especially appreciated his precision in geneological work.  It is easy to let the tourist think that there is a family connection when there isn't but Vasyl was specific in what was evidenced and what was not.  I recommend him highly.

We found Vasyl online and we are sure glad we did.  Vasyl met us at the expected time and place.  We were a family group of 5 and Vasyl had a driver and van set up for us.  He was extremely attentive to our needs and pacing.  He was easy to work with and answered all of our questions and more.  The tour to our family roots was more than we expected and satisfied us completely.  We would and will recommend him to our friends and relatives.  This experience was certainly the highlight of our trip.
