I had the pleasure of using Lan's services back in 2011 during my stay in Phnom Penh. Lan was all too happy to suggest places to see and also take into consideration places we wanted to see. His local knowledge and personal stories and remarkable too, which provide depth and cultural understanding of Cambodian life and customs. We visited the various markets, temples, sights and also the obligatory visit to the genocide locations. I would highly recommend Lans' services for showing you the best of the emerging city - especially as he speaks excellent english and even had a lovely sense of humor. Very happy.

I know lan for more than 2 years and everytime i come to phnom penh i contact him to pick me up, drive me around etc. On my first trip in nov 2012 i did all the sightseeing (killing fields, tuol sleng, royal palace etc) with him. He is very clever, friendly person and I recommend him to all my friends when going to phnom penh. Not 1 single time anyone of my friends was unhappy wih his service. He is punctual, very polite and friendly, has a profund knowledge and deep love to his country. He always quotes a fair rate and he also knows some sights aside from the main tourist interests; like smaller temples a bit outside of the city etc. I hope to be back to phnom penh this may and enjoy his perfect service again

We met Lan in Phnom Penh where he acted as our guide for a full day. He was flexible around our plans and worked with us to build a realistic and enjoyable itinerary for day visiting the Killing Fields and Phnom Penh generally. Lan showed an excellent knowledge and could answer any question that we asked. He showed an interest in telling us his stories and his experiences of life. Lan made sure that we felt comfortable at all times and made sure that we got the maximum from every place that we visited. Lan always waited for us where we agreed and he was completely reliable. Lan impressed us so much that we booked him for a second time. Again he arrived on time and keen to set out on the day ahead. Lan is a lovely man who cares deeply for his country and is enthusiastic to share this with any visitor. If we ever come back to Phnom Penh (which we would love to) we will book Lan again. I cannot recommend him highly enough and would go as far as saying that he really made our trip complete.
