Couldn't ask for a better guide. He had everything covered, some of our group didn't get their bags until day 2 of our trek an he sorted it. Most of us had a bad day an he made sure we're had everything we needed. Knows the mountain 100% and has the knowledge and experience to keep the group safe, have fun and enjoy every moment of the journey.

Ernest looked after me and my colleagues when we climbed Kilimanjaro in November. He is very kind, caring and has a fantastic sense of humour. He is very attentive and kept a close eye on me when I made my way back down the mountain and had lost sight of my group as I had become busy chatting to someone else who I had met on summit night. When I came back to base camp he greeted me and was eager to know how my experience up the mountain had been and congratulated me on making it up the summit. As incredible as it was to reach the summit, it is the people and not the mountain that I miss and think of the most. The guides and the people you trek with become a part of your family and I couldn't ask for a better person to be a part of mine. Ernest is a wonderful guide and it was brilliant to find out that he shares a love of photography with my friend Adam. He is very funny and upbeat and is the sort of person you want walking beside you when you are undertaking such a great and challenging adventure. 

Absolutely AMAZING guide... always smilinh, happy and singing. He made the trip pleasurable and also bareable. Wouldnt of been the experience it was without him! Top

I climbed Kili a few years back --- and Ernest made my trip. He not only was a complete professional, keeping me and the others safe and looked after as well as really knowing his stuff, he was a brilliant laugh and became a great friend along the way. It's impossible not to get on with Ernest as he is so fun, and kind. His communication skills are great, his knowledge of the mountain and terrain is fantastic and he is friendly. He also helped me down the mountain when I had a particularly nasty trip up and never once made me feel slow or a burden, I would recommend Ernest as a tour guide to anyone.

I climbed Kilimanjaro with the help of Ernest in August 2012. It was the experience of a lifetime made all the more special by the fantastic group and guides with me every step of the way. Ernest is so knowledgable and kind and will do everything in his power to help you reach the top- added to that he is also extremely fun!! Thanks a million Ernest:)
