I was lucky enough to be given a recommendation for a high quality tour with Mr Hari Pandey. It really was a marvellous day, I started knowing nothing and by the end of our time Hari had aquainted me with his city at every level. From amazing temples to small hidden shrines, there was both history and story on every street and turn. His knowledge of the history and culture of both Nepal and for me of Kathmandu was breathtaking, told in ways I could understand and make connections with, all delivered with articulate and clear communication. And, with great fun and patience, I think I finally got the importance of how Buddah's hands were placed on the great Statue at Swayambhunath Temple! There was also time for enjoying vendors pulling in buyers, I particularly enjoyed the singing bowl experience. When I flagged Hari found a small local cafe for a pit stop, then whisked me off on the back of his motorbike to another magnificent site. Hanuman Dhoka Palace was a favourite as we could sit and I learned  about ancient and modern history of Nepal.

This was a tour worth taking, and extremely good value for money, a real pleasure.

When visiting Nepal Hari was our tour guide for the day. A wonderful experience that I would recommend anyone! Hari is friendly, always smiling and doing his utmost to ensure you have the best experience. He is very knowledgeable sharing a lot of need to knows and nice to knows. I did not have the opportunity yet to go back to Nepal but for sure  I will then ask Hari as a tour guide

Cant get enough of exploring this beautiful  country.. Nepal and this was the best way to explore and learn about the Nepalese culture. 

Hari Provides friendly hospitality and is very knowledgable so you get to learn alot about the Nepalese way of life.

I throughly enjoyed my tour with Hari  and would 100 percent recommended to others!!

I am planning to come back to Nepal next year and will be contacting Hari on my return.
