Thank you Hans for your service.  We enjoyed and appreciated your efforts and your patience, as we needed a couple last minute schedule adjustments.  Thank you also for NOT finding a McDonalds to go to for lunch, as requested by one of the family members.  LOL  You were kind, professional, and knowledgeable about our tour destinations.

Mr. Hans is an amazing tour guide/ driver. He messaged us ahead of time to introduce himself, pick-up time, and the itinerary as well. On the day of the tours he is always on time and before we start the tour he always run through the plans for the day. He also calls the places and restaurants before we go to confirm our reservations. 

He research the places we are going especially the places we went are not the typical tourist spots in korea. He did his best to explain to us the history of the places and its connection to their culture. Because his english is good he also became our translator. 

My family liked Mr.Hans, because he took good care of us and also plays in the snow with us. Oh we also went for a hike and because we are not used to it he made sure that we are doing okay and looking out for us. 

I recommend Mr.Hans as a tour guide as he is very knowledgeable, accommodating and caring towards his clients. 

At the get go Mr. Kim made us feel safe and relaxed. He made us feel family immediately. He is very knowledgeable and answered our questions. He took care of my kids and fed them well without us even asking. He is not your typical tour guide . He is always early , professional yet family. We were in Korea July 2023 we are going back March 2024 and we made itinerary that would fit what we like with his input i am sure that it would also be a memorable one. 

My family had so much fun and enjoyed our holiday trip with our  friend guide Mr. Hans Kim. From day q until the 5th day was an experience my family had dreamed about. The places, the foods the hotel accomodations were all arranged by Mr. Hans. An experience tgat my family may jeep coming back to Korea.

We learn a lot about the culture and history of Korea! Hans knows a lot about it. And he is in a very good condition for walking and hiking. He made a perfect custom tour for us with unforgettable memories.
