Excellent planning by Nural and his team. Nural was available all the time during our stay in Baku.

Nurlan couldn't be my guide personally, but he perfectly arranged very good replacement and was constantly in touch with me to know how my tour is going. He definitely made a good work.

Due to some work reasons, l had to postpone my tour with Nurlan but this guy has immediately been very sympathetic. 

Our Whatsapp communication has been great and he is extremely kind hearted, polite and well mannered.

We are going to meet in November, l am sure everything will turn out to be great, since he is sn excellent communicator and his tour program is rich and various.

I went to Baku for a weekend and was guided by Nurlan.  Great guide, very knowledgeable and tailors the trip to your needs.  Also fun to be around and talk to.  Highly recommended.

In total I received three offers for my stay and decided to book Nurlans offer.

Overall I had an outstanding experience in every aspect and like to tell you  why:

- when planning my trip I pointed out my favourites and schedule.  From three proposals Nurlan was the only one that considered all must requirements and even made helpful suggestions that I could not know before

- Before and during the trip there was so much assistive caring and responsive contact with him, that I felt excellent taken care of

- In total I was guided by two professionals, both had a vast knowledge about the country and answered all of my many questions. I really enjoyed the time being with them, I was invited for local little snacks and we had a great time.

- Both drivers were heros of the street and I felt super comfy in their cars.

There is absolutely nothing negative I could even think.

If you want to have a great - tailor made - personal - experience and learn a lot about the country, don't book another agent.
