We visited Agra in April 2014. We had a free morning so booked a tour with Shanoo Ali. Initial emails were responded to very quickly. Cost was US$70 for a tour that included "pick and drop from the hotel in a Tuk Tuk, a 2-3 hour Old bazaar tour including a man pulling rickshaw ride in Old bazaar, Shan's services as a tour guide and Lunch at Kesar restaurant for two persons". I was requested to supply a 50% deposit via paypal a month or so before the trip. This was the only company I had to prepay anything for but we didn't mind. We were picked up on time from the Jaypee Palace and driven to Agra Fort train station. Shan explained about the building and then we went out the back to the old bazaararea. First stop was the mosque at the back of the train station and then down down through the narrow streets. The alleyways were filthy, packed, noisy and absolutely fascinating. Shan was very polite and knowledgeable and explained all of the local sites, customs etc. We were never hurried at any time and had a very enjoyable morning. We never did get the rickshaw ride but I think that would have been impossible in those alleyways. Lunch was included at the Kesar Restaurant excluding drinks). This restaurant was one of the best we had been too and had a lovely menu - food was delicious - it even had free wi-fi so we could catch up on our emails. We had an afternoon tour booked and Shanoo got us back right on time. Given that lunch and transport were included, we found this tour good value for money. I'd have no hesitation recommending Shanoo's services
